Breaking Bad Habits Class on 3/30
On Thursday, March 30 at 7 PM I will be hosting a free one hour class on how to effectively break bad habits such as smoking and overeating. If you have been frustrated and struggling to change for the better, you will find plenty of helpful information here. We will discuss:
