Hypnosis is that solution. Being stressed or unnecessarily fearful is not a conscious choice. Rather it is a sign that the protective functions of the subconscious mind are overactive and need redirection.

Trying to rationally argue away fear often is ineffective since that approach is directed toward the conscious mind which is analytical and fact-based.

For example, most fearful public speakers know consciously that there is nothing dangerous about sharing what you know with a group of other people, right? Yet once that fear kicks in, good luck with trying to argue it away!

The subconscious mind is emotional and imaginative and that is what hypnosis addresses.
​
Personal disclosure: I used hypnosis to overcome an intense fear of public speaking. Put me up in front of a group to speak and I would get red-faced, stammer, the whole 9 yards. Eventually, I improved to the point where I was a paid workshop leader for a number of years.
