It is based on my personal journey of having been shy, socially awkward kid to a reasonably confident adult. This was in large part due to what I learned during my training to become a professional hypnotist.
The book gets into the hows and whys that certain people feel less than comfortable in social settings and then gets into practical steps you can take to move forward.
