I wanted to take a moment and wish one and all a Happy Thanksgiving. You know the practice of counting one's blessings shouldn't be confined to one holiday. It's a great daily habit to get into and can have significant health benefits for both mind and body. Personally, I intentionally recall 3 things (or more) that I was grateful for on the previous day prior to getting out of bed in the morning. Right before you go to sleep is a great time also. Doing so trains your brain to be on the lookout for further good.
P.S. I will be out of the office for Thanksgiving and Black Friday and will resume regular hours the following Monday.
