Yet so many people struggle regularly to get a good night's sleep, often because of high levels of stress as well as poor sleep habits. This is where the Sleep Enhancement Program comes in. It begins with a free initial phone call where your current situation will be carefully evaluated to make sure the program is a good fit for you. We will assess both your sleep habits as well as your overall stress level as often the worries and tension of the day carry over into bedtime.
If you decide to proceed you will experience a customized program that combines techniques of modern professional hypnosis, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and behavioral suggestions. Most clients are seen for 3 sessions spaced about a week apart, with homework assignments in between. Imagine being guided into a deeply relaxed state of mind and body during your sessions and then learning how to recapture those feelings at bedtime. Can you see how that could be helpful to you? In addition to having 25 years of experience as a professional hypnotist, I have also completed the training to be designated as a Sleep Hypnosis Specialist through the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy.
