The Ocean County Stress Relief & Empowerment Group is a public service offered to anyone interested in dealing with unhealthy tension and/or a lack of self-confidence.  Since the economic collapse of 2008 people are more stressed than ever, but unfortunately less likely to be proactive with their self-care

These meetings are going to provide you with instruction in simple yet effective tools and techniques that you can use on your own. When you feel better you are also more likely to make better decisions in regarding career, family and your health.

As an added bonus, when you attend a meeting you will be given an Ocean County Stress Relief & Empowerment Group Membership Card which entitles you to a significant discount if you ever would like hypnosis counseling services in the private setting.

This is offered since your attendance at the program(s) completes some of the "groundwork" that needs to be completed when someone is a newcomer to mind/body practices like hypnosis, meditation, NLP, etc.
