 Ocean County Stress Relief & Empowerment Group-FREE!

You got stress, I got stress, we all got stress! Since the economic downturn of 2008 the quality of life has declined in the US and much of the rest of the world. I just read the other day that the unemployment rate for males age 25-54 is now 1 in 5, normally it is only 1 in 20.

All the stress and uncertainty is having a definite ripple effect on pretty much everyone's physical, emotional and spiritual health. But people often treat their stress like the weather, we talk about it quite a bit but rarely do anything about it! 

Yet trying times are exactly when you need to take action and practice good self-care. To this end I have formed the Ocean County Stress Relief and Empowerment Group.

About once a month I will be leading a free group where you can experience mind/body stress reduction techniques firsthand and learn how to practice them on your own.
